Пункт 7.7. розділу 7 «Облік електричної енергії та порядок розрахунків» Договору № 25 від 01.04.2009 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«7.7. Загальна сума Договору складає 55800 грн. 00 коп. (п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 9300 грн. 00 коп. (дев’ять тисяч триста грн. 00 коп.)»
Пункт 10.4. розділу 10 «Інші умови» Договору № 25 від 01.04.2009 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«10.4. Згідно ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України сторони взаємодіють з 01.01.2019 р. по 31.12.2019 р.»
