1. Керуючись п.11.3 Договору 220 від 03.09.2021 (далі – Договір), Сторони вирішили подовжити строк дії Договору та строку виконання робіт у зв’язку з виникненням форс-мажорних обставин, а саме військова агресія Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану із 05 годин 30 хвилин 24 лютого 2022 року на 30 діб, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року №64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні». Викласти п.2.1. у наступній редакції:
«2.1. Строк виконання робіт – до 31 грудня 2022року.»
