1.Відповідно до п.п5 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.п.11.3.5 Договору № 94/18 від 29.08.2018р. зміна тарифу відповідно до рішення виконавчого комітету Одеської міської ради від 25.10.2018 №451 вартість по послуг , наданих Постачальником , встановлюється у розмірі 1334,82 грн. за 1 Гкал. (без ПДВ) 2.Відповідно до п.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.п.11.3.8 Договору № 94/18 від 29.08.2018р.подовження дія договору про закупівлю , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в наступному бюджетному періоді , на суму коштів що не більше 20 відсотків вартості договору , укладеного в попередній бюджетний період , сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 671414,46грн (шістсот сімдесят одна тисяча чотириста чотирнадцять грн. 46 коп.) без ПДВ
