Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок електричної енергії» та п.п.2 ч.5 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку із коливанням та зміною ціни на одиницю товару збільшено ціну за одиницю товару зазначену в договорів межах не більше 10 % : ціна за 1 кВт-год з ПДВ становить- 2,382881 грн. З урахуванням внесених змін , загальний обсяг товару зменшується у пропорційному відношенні загальної суми договору до ціни за 1 кВт*год.

Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок електричної енергії» та п.п.2 ч.5 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку із коливанням та зміною ціни на одиницю товару збільшено ціну за одиницю товару зазначену в договорів межах не більше 10 % : ціна за 1 кВт-год з ПДВ становить- 2,581837 грн. З урахуванням внесених змін , загальний обсяг товару зменшується у пропорційному відношенні загальної суми договору до ціни за 1 кВт*год.
