«3.1. Загальна сума Договору становить 1 404 374,88 грн., крім того 1ІДВ - 280874,98 грн., всього з ПДВ - 1 685 249,86 грн. та розраховується шляхом множення необхідного обсягу газу на ціну за 1000 куб.м. з ПДВ.
Ціна газу становить - 7754,17 грн. за 1000 куб. м, крім того ПДВ - 1550,83 грн., всього з ПДВ - 9305,00 грн».
Ціна за 1000 м3 газу враховує вартість транспортування природного газу трубопроводами по території України, усі податки і збори, обов'язкові платежі.»
