Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю № 23/12/19 від 23.12.2019 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році,якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму: 10 096,90грн (десять тисяч дев'яносто шість грн 90 коп).
