Сторони уклали угоду до Договору про наступне:
1. Керуючись положеннями ЗУ "Про ринок природного газу" від 09.04.2015р., та постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19.10.2018 року №867 (із змінами), від 03.04.2019року № 293 (із змінами), затверджені постановою КМУ від 05 червня 2019року № 485, Сторони дійшли згоди:
1.1. Викласти пункти 4.1. - 4.1.3. розділу IV Договору в новій редакції, а саме:
4.1.1. Ціна за 1000 куб.м. природного газу з врахуванням вартості розподілу газу та послуги транспортування природного газу для точки виходу з газотранспортної системи АТ "Укртрансгаз" складає 6 205,73 грн
4.1.2. Податок на додану вартість- 20%.
4.1.3. Всього до сплати за 1000,00 куб. м. 7446,88 грн в тому числі ПДВ -20%.
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов"язковими до виконання сторонами.

4.1 Порядок зміни ціни та її застосування встановлюються постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19 жовтня 2018року №867 з урахування положень постанови Кабінету Міністрів УКРАЇНИ ВІД 03 КВІТНЯ 2019 РОКУ № 293 (ІЗ ЗМІНАМИ).
4.1.1. Ціна за 1000,00 куб.м. природного газу з врахуванням вартості розподілу газу та послуги транспортування природного газу для точки виходу з газотранспортної системи АТ "Укртрансгаз" складає 5 541,31 коп.
4.1.2. Податок на додану вартість 20%.
4.1.3. Всього до сплати за 1000,00 куб.м. 7446,88 в тому числі 20% ПДВ.
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов"язковими до виконання Сторонами.
3. Ця додаткова угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін та поширює свою дію з 1.07. 2019р.
