ЗАМОВНИКОМ проводиться попередня оплата в розмірі 100 (ста) відсотків від ціни продукції, вказаної у специфікації (Додаток №1 до Договору), на підставі оригіналу рахунку-фактури. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169. Відповідно до абзацу першого підпункту 1 пункту 1 Постанови в умовах воєнного стану оборонні та публічні закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг здійснюються без застосування процедур закупівель та спрощених закупівель, визначених Законами України “Про публічні закупівлі” та “Про оборонні закупівлі”.
