Відповідно до частини5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", продовжити дію договору про постачання (закупівлю) електричної енергії № 300005/2020 від 02.03.2020р. (далі - Договір) на строк до 31 січня 2021р., достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме на суму 68041,00 грн. (шістдесят вісім тисяч сорок одна грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в 2020 році. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, набуває чинності з моменту її підписання. У всьому іншому, що не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, Сторони керуються умовами Договору.
