В зв'язку з прийняттям Виконавчим комітетом Полтавської міської ради рішення від 16.09.2021 року №187 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з поводження з побутовими відходами, що надаються Полтавським комунальним автотранспортним підприємством 1628» та рішенням від 16.09.2021року № 189 «Про затвердження норм надання послуг з вивезення побутових відходів на території Полтавської міської територіальної громади»
Сторони дійшли до згоди внести зміни до Додатку №1 до договору U/1606/2 від 20 квітня 2021 р. «Про надання послуг з поводження з
побутовими відходами», а саме, «Розрахунок обсягу і вартості послуг з поводження з побутовими відходами».
Сума до сплати за період з 1 листопада 2021 р. по 31 грудня 2021 р. з ПДВ: 1324.35 грн.
Плата за послуги з поводження з побутовими відходами вноситься не пізніше ніж протягом останнього дня місяця, що настає за розрахунковим місяцем. Інші умови залишаються без змін і підлягають обов’язковому виконанню Сторонами.
