1.Керуючись ч.6ст.41 Закону Украъни "Про публычны закупывлы", Сторони дыйшли взаэмноъ згодипродовжити дыю Договору №44-м выд 03.08.2020р. на строк, достатный для проведення процедури закупывлы на початку наступного року, в обсязы, що не перевищуэ 20 выдсоткыв суми, визначеноъ в початковому договоры про закупывлю, а саме до 31.03.2021р.
2.Решта умов Договору залишаэться незмынними та обовязковими до виконання Сторонами.

1.Замовник та Постачальник , керуючись нормами Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевещує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку, що оформлюється цією додатковою угодою про наступне:
3.Пункт 3.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Сума цієї додаткової угоди складає: 21 211 грн. 75 коп. (двадцять одна тисяча двісті одинадцять грн. 75 коп.) без ПДВ.
медасепт - розчин 96% по 100 мл у флаконі - флакон - 1085- 19,55 грн. сума - 21 211,75 грн.
