Станом на 31 січня 2019 року істотні умови діючого договору не виконані в повному обсязі, а саме: поставка питної води не здійснена в обсягах, які були зазначені у діючому договорі. З метою забезпечення виконання умов договору виникла необхідність подовження його дії до 31.03.2019, керуючись ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».

Орієнтовна розрахункова вартість та орієнтовний розрахунковий об’єм питної води, що передбачені Договором № 1 від 01.04.2018р. з урахуванням орієнтовної розрахункової вартості та об’єму потреб у питній воді у період з 01.04.2019р. по 15.04.2019р. не перевищує тих, які передбачені Договором № 1 від 01.04.2018р.(про що свідчить довідка, яка додається), що у свою чергу дозволяє керуючись ч. 4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» укласти додаткову угоду до Договору № 1 від 01.04.2018р. про постачання питної води з ПрАТ «ТКШЗ», якою подовжити строк дії основного договору до 15.04.2019р. Усі інші умови Договору №1 від 01.04.2018р. про постачання питної води залишаються без змін.
