Сторони уклали даний Додатковий Договір №7 про наступне:
1. Пункт 8.1. Договору щодо виконання робіт зі здійснення технічного нагляду № ТН-05/09 від 22.07.2020 року викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами, скріплення печатками та
діє до «31» грудня 2023 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного його виконання».
2. Всі інші умови Договору щодо виконання робіт зі здійснення технічного нагляду № ТН-05/09 від 22.07.2020 року залишаються чинними у редакції, в якій викладені Сторонами раніше, Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
