Керуючись п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовилися: - -
- збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (один кілограм) філе куряче на 1,10 грн. (що у відсотковому співвідношенні становить 1,18%)
- збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (один кілограм) м'ясо свинини на 1,87 грн (що у відсотковому співвідношенні становить 1,78%)
Загальна сума договору залишається без змін - 175000грн. за рахунок зменшення обсягу товару:
Філе куряче - 636,535 кг (на 110,545 кг менше)
м'ясо свинини - 565,924 кг ( на 168,966 кг менше).
