2. Внаслідок цього викласти специфікацію до даного Договору в новій редакції, що прикладається.

1 Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 48 від 26.02.2019 року, а саме до пункту 3.1 розділу Ціна Договору та зменшити суму Договору на 198 277 грн.71 коп. (Сто дев'яносто вісім тисяч двісті сімдесят сім гривень 71 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 33 046 грн. 28 коп. 2 Внаслідок цього викласти п.3.1 даного Договору, а саме: Вартість цього Договору становить 38 081 грн.29 коп. (Тридцять вісім тисяч вісімдесят одна гривень 29 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 6 346 грн. 88 коп. 3. Викласти специфікацію до даного Договору в новій редакції.
