11.12.2017 року була оголошена закупівля "Природний газ" на очікуванну вартість на суму 857250,00 грн після проведення аукціону заключений договір на суму 780146,64 грн. Згідно ст.36 пункту 4 була закючена додаткова угода на зменшення суми в звязку з зменшенням кошторису на 2018 рік.При розміщенні договору звіт автоматично формується на ту суму на яку була подана пропозиція учасника закупівлі, а саме: на суму 780 146,64 грн. Внести зміни в звіт технічно неможливо. В такому випадку суму в звіте потрібно рахувати 402 535,02 грн. А також в договорі не зазначено предмет закупівлі по державному класифікатору необхідно внести зміни і викласти п.1.1.в нової редакції"Постачальник зобовязується передати у властність Споживачу у 2018 році природний газ (ДК 021:2015 "09120000-6 Газове паливо"), а Споживач зобовязується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором"

. Керуючи частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна сума договору з 2018 рік становила 402527,07 грн. Сума цього договору з 01.01.2019 р. по 28.02.2019 р. не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору з 2018 рік та становить 80505,41 грн. Усього за договором 483032,48 грн.
