Відповідно до п.5 ст.36 ЗУ " Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року № 992-VII,ціна договору збільшується на 810645,00 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ ,що не перевищує 20% суми,визначеної у договорі,укладеному в попередньому році. Відповідно до п.п.2 п.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015.р №922-VII, у звязку з коливанням ціни на дрова паливні твердих порід на ринку,збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% .
