у зв'язку з різким зростанням ціни на електроенергію, сторони погодились розірвати договор з 23 вересня 2021 р. - в частиниі здійснення Споживачем розрахунків за фактично спожиту електроенергію, які виникли на дату припинення дії даного Договору - його дія продовжується до дати здійснення Споживачем повного взаєморозрахунку з Постачальником; - в частині постачання електричної енергії за даним Договором, Постачальник забезпечує постачання електричної енегії Споживачу на умовах даного Договору - до припинення його дії. Даною додатковою угодою Сторони підтверджують, що дострокове розірвання даного Договору ні в якому разі не обмежує права та свободу Сторін, а також не є підставою для нарахування штрафних санкцій один до одного.
