1) Пункт 3.5. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.5. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії Споживачу: 775 247 кВт/год».
2) Додаток №4 до Договору (Орієнтовні обсяги споживання електричної енергії в 2022 році) викласти у новій редакції, що додається до цієї Угоди та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
3) Пункт 5.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «5.2. Загальна ціна цього Договору складає: 2 051 109 гривень 75 копійк без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ * 410 221 гривень 95 копійки, разом ціна цього Договору становить 2 461 331 гривень 70 копійок з (два мільйони чотириста шістдесят одна тисяча триста тридцять одна гривня 70 копійок) (Ціна договору визначається з урахуванням положень Податкового кодексу України про податок на додану вартість.).
