Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, внесено зміни до Договору про закупівлю теплової енергії від 15.02.2018 №ДБ12-6/1800042 доповнивши його п.3.1 абзацом такого змісту: «Загальна сума договору з 01.01.2019 по 28.02.2019 складає 39 660,00 грн. (Тридцять дев’ять тисяч шістсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків загальної суми договору про закупівлю теплової енергії від 15.02.2018 №ДБ12-6/1800042».
