Договору викласти в наступній редакції «Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу складає 34 670 тис. куб.м.». 2. П. 1.3 Договору «Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях викласти у новій редакції. Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 29 666.93 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч шістсот шістдесят шість грн. 93 коп.). 3. П. 3.7. Договору викласти в новій редакції: «Гранична ціна даного Договору становить 307 030,59 (триста сім тисяч тридцять грн. 59 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 51 171,76 грн.
