Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 4.7 глави 4, пунктом 11.2 глави 11 договору про надання послуг з технічного обслуговування ліфтів від 01.06.2022 № 128, сторони за взаємною згодою домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.01.2023 (строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни Договору. Ціна Договору буде змінена окремою додатковою угодою після затвердження видатків Замовника в установленому законодавством порядку.

Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 4.7 глави 4, пунктом 11.2. глави 11 договору про надання послуг з технічного обслуговування ліфтів від 01.06.2022 № 128 та пунктом 2 Додатокової угоди № 1 від 30.12.2022, сторони за взаємною згодою домовились збільшити ціну договору на 4425,00 грн, у тому числі ПДВ 737,50грн (що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році).
