У зв'язку із коливанням цін (збільшенням) на ринку продовольчих продуктів та з метою недопущення втрати державних коштів,відповідно ч.4 пп2 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", на підставі пунктів 3.4,11.1 пп.2 Договору про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) № 399 від 12.01.2017 р., дійшли до взаємної згоди щодо внесення змін до Специфікації товару (Додаток № 1) зазначеного вище договору, виклавши її у новій редакції.
