На підставі п. 1 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VII, а саме: зменшення обсягів закупівлі, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну суму Договору на 11 123,87 грн.
