Зобов'язання сторін в частині повних розрахунків за надані послуги не були виконані, тому керуючись п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIIІ, сторони вирішили продовжити термін дії Договору до повного виконання зобов'язань та відповідно вирішили внести зміни до п. 4.1. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції: “п. 4.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання сторонами і діє до 31.03.2018 року, в частині розрахунків до повного їх проведення”.
