1. Договірна ціна є динамічною та складає: 57 495 000,00 грн. з ПДВ.
2. Розділ 4 викласти в новій редакції:
п.4.1 Обсяги виконаних та оплачених робіт станом на 01.01.2019 року становлять 19 979 000,00 грн..
п.4.2. Обсяги фінансування виконання робіт у 2019 році відповідно до адресного переліку становлять 25 420 000,00 грн..
п.4.3. Зобов’язання за Договором виникають в межах затверджених бюджетних асигнувань на відповідний бюджетний період.
Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється в межах фактичного фінансування.
п.4.4. Фінансування робіт здійснюється за рахунок бюджетних коштів.
3. Внести зміни до п.19.1. Договору, строк дії до 31.12.2019 року.
4. Додаток 2 "Календарний план робіт" та додаток 4 "Лінійний графік виконананя робіт" викласти в новій редакції
