Відповідно до пункту 10.2 Договору, у зв"язку з необхідністю продовження дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, про наступне:
1. Збільшити суму Договору на 15174,00 (п"ятнадцять тисяч сто сімдесят чотири грн.00 коп ), та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції " "п.3.1. Загальна сума цього Договору становить 82164,00 (вісімдесят дві тисячі сто шістдесят чотири грн 00 коп)"
2. Додаток № 1 (Технічна специфікація) до Договору мати, згідно Додатку № 1 до цієї Додаткової угоди № 1 до Договору
