відповідно до п. 4 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі»: Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків: продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, а саме на продовження строку поставки товару до 30.06.2023 року та терміну дії договору до 31.08.2023 року в зв’язку з неможливістю поставки в повному обсязі в період воєнного стану.
