Цей Договір набирає чинності з 07.12.2023 р. і діє до 31.01.2024 р. включно, а в разі укладання договору як електронного документа договір набирає чинності з дати коли остання сторона договору скріпила його КЕП/ЕЦП, при цьому відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України умови цього Договору застосовуються до правовідносин, які виникли між сторонами з 01.01.2023 р., а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.»

1. Додаткову угоду №2 від 26.12.2023 вважати недійсною.
2. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції: 3.1. Ціна цього договору зменшена на 448496,23 грн. з ПДВ та становить 1099623,42 грн. з ПДВ з них: - 700926,04 грн. з ПДВ за послуги надані з 01.10.23 по 30.11.23 та – 398697,38 грн. з ПДВ за послуги надані в грудні 2023 року.
3. Продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для здійснення остаточних розрахунків за послуги надані у грудні 2023 року до 29.02.2024.
