Відповідно до пункту 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону, з урахуванням пунктів 11.2, 11.3, 15.7 Договору та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду №2 та дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
У п. 11.1 Договору цифри та слова «30 квітня» замінити цифрами та словами «30 червня 2022 року».
У разі потреби Постачальник забезпечує відповідальне зберігання продукції.
Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
