У зв’язку розірванням договору, на підставі п. 1 частини 5 ст. 40 ЗАКОНУ України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони погодили внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу № 471/21 від 29.01.2021 року (далі – Договір) про таке: зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 46,94594 тис. куб. м. та суму договору на 384704,28 грн. В зв’язку з цим внести зміни в п.3.1.1., п.3.1.3. Розділу ІІІ Договору: Загальний обсяг природного газу, що постачається для потреб Споживача складає 46,94594 м.куб.
Загальна сума договору становить 308295,72 грн. (триста вісім тисяч двісті дев’яносто п’ять грн. 72 коп) грн. (з ПДВ)»
