Обєктивними обставинами, що спричинили таке продовження є:
1. З боку проектного інституту рішення про зміну конструктиву покрівлі прийнято на початку грудня 2017 року;
2.Виконати зняття покрівлі над спортивним залом із-за погодних умов не було можливості;
3. Із-за відсутності у кошторисах обсягів робіт і матеріалів немає можливості включити в акти виконаних робіт улаштування зовнішніх відкосів, примикання покрівлі, деталі кріплення ПВХ мембрани, ізолюючі стрічки на вікна.
