Note:
Сторони домовились, що сума, яка не перевищує 20% від суми, визначеної вп. 4.1. Договору (зі змінами) складає 599 659 грн. 20 коп., з ПДВ.
2. У зв’язку із коливанням цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, що підтверджено довідкою
Черкаської торгово-промислової палати від 04.01.2019 року № 0-5/02, керуючись п. 2 ч. 4
статті 36 Закону, відповідно до пункту 4.5.2 Договору сторони домовились: збільшити
ціну одиниці товару, а саме: дизельне паливо - 30,24 грн./літр. (з ПДВ)
Викласти специфікацію до даної Додаткової Угоди до Договору в наступній редакції : найменування товару-Дизельне паливо в кількості 19830 літрів на суму 599 659 грн. 20 коп., з ПДВ.
