Відповідно до пункту 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-УІІІ від 25.12.2015р., дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також пункту 10.1. Договору №221 від 16.07.2018р. таза взаємною згодою, Сторони домовились про наступне:
1. Сума Договору №221 від 16.07.2018р. ДК 021-2015: 33140000-3 — Медичні матеріали (Хірургічний шовний матеріал) збільшується на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми зазначеної в п.3.2. Договору №221 від 16.07.2018р.
2. Сума Додаткової угоди № б від ЗҐ.& / 201?? р. до Договору №221 від
16.07.2018р становитиме 52 068,97 грн. (п’ятдесят дві тисячі шістдесят вісім гривень, 97 копійок, в т.ч. ПДВ).
3. Сторони домовились, що відповідно до пункту 3 ст. 631 ЦКУ дана Додаткова угода № (К розповсюджує свою дію на відносини, що склались між Сторонами з 02.01.2019р.
4. Всі інші умови зазначеного вище договору залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені Сторонами раніше, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
