Керуючись частиною шостою статті 67 Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії" від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII: "За результатами торгів відповідно до правил ринку " на добу наперед" та внутрішньодобового ринку оприлюднюються ціна та обсяги купівлі-продажу електричної енергії для кожного розрахункового періоду та інші показники, що можуть використовуватися як орієнтир (індикатор) для укладання правочинів щодо купівлі-продажу електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії", на підставі п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до п.5.5.2 Договору, ч. 2 п.12 Комерційної пропозиції, експертного висновку №ОИ-7224 Запорізької торгово-промислової палати та витягу аналітичних даних з офіційного сайту https://www.oree.com.ua/ Оператора ринку та керуючись п.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, збільшити з 01.02.2021 р. вартість товару (код ДК 021:2015-0930000-5 Електрична енергія (електрична енергія).) на 9,99%.
