Відповідно до пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі пунктів 11.1, 12.1 Договору, пункту 19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 р. № 1764 «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва», з метою здійснення остаточних розрахунків з Підрядником після введення об’єкту в експлуатацію, продовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2020р.
