Керуючись частиною 6 статті 265 Господарського кодексу України, ч. 1 ст. 651ч. ч. 1 ст. 653, ч. 1 ст. 654 Цивільного кодексу України, за взаємною згодою Сторін укладено цю додаткову угоду до Договору №03/659 від 04 листопада 2019 року про наступне: 1. У зв’язку з урахуванням кошторисних призначень Замовника, Сторони домовились викласти п. 6.2. та п. 12.1. Договору №03/659 від 04 листопада 2019 року у наступній редакції: “6.2. Завершення робіт – не пізніше 31.12.2020 року, за умови повного фінансування та оплати виконаних робіт, поставки обладнання у розмірах, передбачених п. 4.1. цього Договору. Підрядником виконуються лише роботи, які фінансуються та погоджені Замовником. 12.1 викласти у наступному вигляді: Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2020 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором. У разі виникнення незалежних від Сторін обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання ними своїх договірних зобов’язань, строк дії Договору може продовжуватись на термін, визначеній у додатковій угоді до цього Договору. Після завершення бюджетного періоду (року) сторони керуються пунктом 5.9 Договору. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
