Додатковою угодою №3 від 03.09.2018 р. сторони домовились про внесення змін до умов договору, в т.ч. щодо якості товару, яка повинна відповідати наступним вимогам: зольність - не більше 14%, вміст вологи - не більше 18%, механічна міцність - 94%, а нижча теплота згоряння в перерахунку на робочу масу товару повинна становити - не менще чим 3600 Ккал/кг. Поставка товару з нижчою теплотою згоряння в перерахунку на робочу масу нижче 3500 Ккал/кг вважається браком і підлягає поверненню за рахунок продавця.
