Сторони домовились та уклали цю Додаткову угоду до договору про - зменшення річного планового обсягу постачання газу на 1290куб.м. та відповідно загальної вартості Договору на суму – 8 000,00грн. (зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника).), а саме:
внести зміни до Розділу І Договору «Предмет Договору», виклавши п.1.2. в наступній редакції: «Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу становить – 9 090 куб.м.»
Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання.
