Відповідно п.1 ч.4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та керуючись абз. 1 п. 3.3. Договору Сторони надійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі та ціну Договору.
Відповідно ч.5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та керуючись п. 10.3 Договору подовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року на суму 75 499 500,00 грн. (сiмдесят п'ять мільйонiв чотириста дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч п'ятсот грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ в розмірі 12 583 250,00 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору
