Сторони домовилися відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.3.2. договору №13/20 від 24.01.2020 р. зменшити суму на 37 859,47 грн. без ПДВ (тридцять сім тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят дев’ять грн.,47 коп. без ПДВ) та викласти п. 3.1. договору №13/20 від 24.01.2020 р. у наступній редакції: «Сума цього договору становить 488 820,53 грн. без ПДВ (чотириста вісімдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот двадцять грн. 53 коп. без ПДВ)».

2. Сторони домовились п. 5.2. договору №13/20 від 24.01.2020 р. доповнити абзацом у наступній редакції: «Товар має бути поставлений до 28.02.2021 року (поставка товару здійснюється частинами, згідно заявок, за потребою.)».
