У зв'язку із збільшенням фінансування на 2017 рік Додатковою угодою № 1 були внесені зміни в Додаток 2 (план фінансування) та відповідно такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Опис змін до договору не прописані в ч.4 ст.36 Закону, але відповідно до ст.10 Закону їх необхідно оприлюднити протягом трьох днів з дня внесення змін.
