З метою проведення державної закупівлі ДК 021:2015: 15510000-6 - МОЛОКО ТА ВЕРШКИ (МОЛОКО, СМЕТАНА) на 2018 рік, продовжити дію договору про закупівлю № 25 від 24.03.2017 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку січня 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі обсягу предмета закупівлі у межах 20 % залежатиме від затвердження видатків на початку року у встановленому порядку.

1. З метою проведення державної закупівлі ДК 021:2015: МОЛОКА ТА ВЕРШКИ (МОЛОКО, СМЕТАНА) на 2018 рік, продовжити дію договору №25 від 24.03.2017 року про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. 2. Ціна додаткової угоди складає 8650,80 Вісім тисяч шістсот п'ятдесять гривень 80 коп., що становить 5% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 1730,16 грн. 3. Кількість до даної угоди складає 490 літрів молока та 40 пакетів сметани.
