Сторони, керуючись пунктом першим частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», підпунктом 1 п. 10.3 Договору про закупівлю №20112/399 від 31 серпня 2022 року, дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника:
Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 5 183,82 грн. (п’ять тисяч сто вісімдесят три грн. 82 коп.) та викласти пункт 3.1. в наступній редакції:
«3.1.Ціна цього Договору становить: 114 230,58 грн. (сто чотирнадцять тисяч двісті тридцять грн. 58 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 19 038,43 грн.»
Викласти Додаток №1 до Договору («Специфікація») у новій редакції (додається).
