Відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» , на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування та пункту затверджених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 №1178, зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 3.3 розділу ІІІ Договору доповнити словами «На 01.вересня 2023 р. вартість послуг з реактивної електричної енергії за 1 кВт.год становить 4,05508грн.(без ПДВ)
