1. «ЗАМОВНИК» та «ВИКОНАВЕЦЬ», керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 62 від «27» грудня 2020 року про закупівлю послуг з прибирання та обслуговування санітарних модулів, пунктів очікування, прилеглої території контрольного пункту в’їзду- виїзду «Новотроїцьке» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Сума цієї Додаткової угоди складає 75 000 грн. 00 коп. (сімдесят п’ять тисяч гривень нуль копійок) без ПДВ.
