Внести зміни в розділі 2."Ціна Договору", а саме в п.2.1. та викласти в новій редакції:
Загальна вартість, що підлягає виконанню за Договором, визначена на підставі твердої договірної ціни, що становить 6 680,60 грн., в тому числі ПДВ.
1.1. Вартість робіт, що підлягають виконання за Договором за затвердженими кошторисними призначеннями у 2021 році становить 6 338,01 грн. .
1.2. Вартість робіт, що підлягають виконання за Договором за затвердженими кошторисними призначеннями у 2022 році становить 342, 59 грн.
Інші умови Договору на здійснення технічного нагляду за виконання робіт по об`єкту не змінені цією Додатковою угоду №4, залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені раніше і Сторони підтверджують їх обов`язковість для себе.
