Сторони, розглянувши виконання зобов'язань за Договором та п.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 20.12.2015 р. №922-VIII домовились про наступне: 1. Перше речення пункту 10.1 викласти у такій редакції: "Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання його Сторонами і діє в частині постачання електроенергії по 31.03.2018 р. включно, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх здійснення." 2. Абзац перший Договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року на суму, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році та складе 92000,00 грн.". 3. Сторони зобов'язуються використовувати зміни, внесені даною Угодою, при подальших правовідносинах та взаєморозрахунках.
