Note:
Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII
від 25.12.2015 року Сторони мають право продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк
«достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не
перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укпаденому в попередньому році, якщо
видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».
2. Відтак, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на тих же самих умовах на
строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2017 році доповнивши розділ 1
Договору п. 1,2 наступного змісту;
« Відповідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від
25.12.2015 року дію даного договору може бути продовжено на строк, достатній для
проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі -
38372,96грн, (Тридцять вісім тисяч триста сімдесят дві гривни 96 копійок)
1.2.1. Хліб пшеничний (білий) -
Кількість товару - 980 кг.
Ціна за одиницю товару: 5,834грн/кг з НДВ.
1.2.2. Хліб житньо-пшеничний (чорний)
Кількість товару - 4900 кг.
Ціна за одиницю товару: 6,66441667 грн/кг з ПДВ
