1.1 З урахуванням пункту 3.1.1 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну ціну закупівлі та внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 3.1 Договору загальну ціну продукції зменшити до 646474,64 грн. без ПДВ;
1.1.2 Пункт 2 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток№1 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції.
1.1.3. Пункт 3 Специфікації до Договору викласти у новій редакції: Ціна продукції складає 646474,64 грн. без ПДВ.
1.1.4. Пункт 4 Специфікації до Договору викласти у новій редакції.
1.2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

1.1 Керуючись пунктами 4.1.1, 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням листа ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА про продовження співпраці, та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «22 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «30 квітня 2022 року»;
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 травня 2022 року».
1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
